By downloading, accessing, or using Koben (the "App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. If you are under 13, you are not permitted to use the App.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and not impersonate another person or entity.

3. User Content, Imports, and Conduct

Koben allows you to create, import, and organize recipe content. You are responsible for any content you add to the App and you agree not to:

• Upload or share illegal, abusive, infringing, or otherwise objectionable content.
• Import, copy, or distribute content in ways that violate applicable intellectual property rights.
• Use recipe titles, comments, or profile content to harass, defame, or harm others.

I may remove content or restrict access to accounts that violate these Terms or applicable platform policies.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

• Billing: Paid features and subscriptions are processed by the relevant app store or payment provider.
• Renewal: Unless canceled, subscriptions may auto-renew according to your store/account settings.
• Refunds: Refund eligibility and processing are handled by the platform where the purchase was made.

5. Nutrition Information Disclaimer

Nutrition data, ingredient summaries, and related insights in the App are provided for informational purposes only. Koben does not provide medical, dietary, or professional health advice. 6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available." I do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, complete accuracy of imported recipe data, or the continuous availability of third-party services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I am not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App, including data loss, service interruptions, or third-party provider failures.
